The acrylic is very staticky. It's impossible to get all of the packaging plastic bits off of it. The frame also comes with a cardboard backing. What's the point of paying for upgraded acrylic when cardboard is acidic and damages pieces over time?! It's not worth the hassle of returning, but I won't order another frame from this company.

Nice frame available in an unusual size. Some places of the frame were chipped/the paint was missing, but these were very small areas. A black sharpie will do the trick. I love the little details around the frame. You will have to hammer in the sawtooth hanger that comes with it. I do wish that shipping were not an additional $10. Other than that, I am happy with the purchase.

Do not buy from this company if you think you may want to return the frame. You will have to pay the shipping to send it back. I wanted to return the frame I order because it looks cheap and doesn't look anything like the picture posted for this item. The frame is in the original package and to send it UPS ground, the shipping was going to be $20 more than I paid for the frame! UPS ground was the cheapest rate. I paid over a hundred dollars for this frame, and the cost to ship it back was over $134! I reached out to Amazon who contacted this company. The company won't issue a prepaid shipping label, and only offered a 50% refund. They did say that I could keep the frame. However, I don't like this frame nor do I need it. I'm going to have to go to Hobby Lobby and buy another frame. Bottom line, do not buy from this company.

Love this frame, solid wood construction and the silver accents really makes this unique. Gallery quality and built to last, compared to the cheap plastic poster frame you can get at a retail store.

Make sure you measure your photo/poster exactly! The frame is an exact measurement. Will order all custom frames from ArtToFrames, in fact I ordered another one the day I got this one! Recommending to anyone I run into who has framing needs!

This came packaged with so much care! The color is spot on and it even arrived 5 days earlier than originally predicted. I would recommend purchasing from this company to everyone! I am so pleased with my purchase!
