Interaction with customer service has been very positive. They are prompt to respond and implement a solution to the situation at hand. I have ordered 10 frames with mats both single and double. I am satisfied with all items received. I will return to them if I need additional custom frames.

Looks kind of similar in person but cheaply made and have a clear film to peel off that is almost impossible. Really wanted to return the item but $6.50 to return product. Not worth the price

Color was vibrant and true to the picture but it did not work in the room like I hope. The reason for the low rating is related to their return policy. I would never have ordered it if I knew I was going to have to pay so much to return it. Also not impressed that the inside the connects to the lamp is plastic and not very sturdy. I don’t think the value for money is worth it.

This frame was easily assembled, the instructions were clear and precise. The frame is made from solid wood, it’s sturdy and resembles an actual wood vintage frame. Included are straps to hold your tv in place, when placed in the frame the tv sits right on the lip of the frame. This gives the illusion of a picture. Just make sure that you are checking your tv size and that it’s a Samsung before purchasing, it fits very specifically. Although this item is pricey, it is beautiful and is a great feature for your room.

Perfect frame for 1000 piece puzzle. It makes the puzzle pop. I haven’t had luck in the past with my puzzles fitting perfectly, but I think this puzzle is a standard size that fits perfectly inside this particular frame. I have no complaints. It also comes with tools to hang on the wall.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!!! I ordered 5 frames in a specific size to match 4 existing frames. Their dropdown is not reflective of the frame size - it’s the print size! Who does that? Common sense says you can upsize and use a mat. I had been searching Amazon for a hour to find this size and frame width. Despite everything indicating I was ordering by frame size (minus the fine print) I received 5 frames that were all too big for me to use. I had to pay return shipping AND a restock fee. They offered for me to keep at 50% discount but I could not use this size. One star for very misleading site.
